01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and 010ph (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the 010ph website located at 010ph.bet, its associated subdomains, mobile browser experience, and all services offered therein — including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bingo, slot games, promotional offers, and financial transaction services.

02Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 010ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Standard KYC (Know Your Customer) documents accepted include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS ID.

03Account Management

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 010ph platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or household used — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your 010ph account.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring your account details, including contact email, phone number, and payment method information, remain accurate and current.
• Notifying 010ph immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

010ph will never request your account password through any channel — including email, live chat, SMS, or phone call. Any communication claiming to represent 010ph and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

010ph reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account where unusual activity, suspicious login patterns, or potential security breaches are detected, pending investigation. Where account suspension follows a security concern, affected players will be notified and provided the opportunity to verify their identity and recover account access.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on 010ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 010ph supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay
• InstaPay, PesoNet
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank (online banking transfers)
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter payments

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 010ph does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges. Players are advised to check with their payment provider for applicable fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 010ph processes verified withdrawals to GCash and Maya within minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to 24 hours depending on interbank processing schedules. Withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit are prioritised to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

010ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. 05Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

010ph offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer, which form part of this Agreement when a player opts in to any promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 010ph promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or a combination of deposit and bonus funds) before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — live casino games, certain table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Specific game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, the use of automated betting systems to clear wagering requirements, or any form of collusion — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.

06Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 010ph are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are solely responsible for verifying bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. 010ph will not reverse confirmed bets on the grounds of player error.

010ph sports betting markets — covering the PBA, NBA, UFC, Premier League, boxing, and other events — operate under the following general rules:

• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
• In-play (live) bets are settled based on the verified final result of the relevant event or market period. 010ph uses official league and governing body results for settlement purposes.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the market has already been settled or the specific market terms state otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within each betting market and may vary based on player account tier and market liquidity.

Casino games on 010ph — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, JILI slots, PG Soft titles, Pragmatic Play games, and bingo — are governed by the rules of each individual game as provided by the game supplier. 010ph only hosts games from certified, internationally audited game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) outputs are independently verified for fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round or live betting event, 010ph will make reasonable efforts to recover the game state. Where recovery is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. 010ph's decision on malfunction resolution is final.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 010ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity — including but not limited to identity fraud, use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, and misrepresentation of personal information.
• Money laundering — using 010ph to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from illegal activities. 010ph complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation and reports suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers through multiple account creation, systematic low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk, or any form of collusion between players.
• Use of automated systems — deploying bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games.
• Collusion and match-fixing — coordinating with other players or third parties to fix, influence, or manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the platform.
• Underage gambling — knowingly registering, facilitating registration, or sharing account access with any individual under 21 years of age.
• Abuse of support staff — engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward 010ph's customer support team or other users of the platform.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the 010ph platform — including but not limited to the 010ph brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, graphic elements, written content, software code, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 010ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 010ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any 010ph content for commercial purposes.
